Structure and function of major systems—including skeletal, muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, nervous, immune, and reproductive systems—explained in an accessible, relevant way.How the Body Maintains Balance:
Homeostasis, hormones, the brain–body connection, and how different systems work together to keep us healthy.Nutrition & Healthy Living:
What the body needs to thrive, understanding macronutrients and micronutrients, reading nutrition labels, hydration, and building sustainable healthy habits.Fitness, Strength & Mobility:
Basics of exercise science, cardiovascular health, flexibility, posture, injury prevention, and how to design a simple, balanced fitness routine.Mental & Emotional Well-Being:
Stress, sleep, emotional regulation, nervous system basics, social health, healthy relationships, and understanding how mental health affects physical health.Adolescent Health:
Puberty, hormones, body changes, personal hygiene, and cultivating a positive, informed understanding of one’s developing body.Sexual Health & Reproduction (age-appropriate):
